Terms

The terms, in plain words

Last updated 11 October 2026

These are the terms for using Rosel, at withrosel.com and app.withrosel.com. Rosel is run by Malomack Group Pty Ltd (ABN 31 698 233 724); “we” and “us” here mean Malomack Group. By using Rosel you agree to them. They are short on purpose. If something is missing, ask us at rosel.event.group@gmail.com.

What Rosel is

Rosel is a planning platform for couples who want to run their own wedding. It gives you structure, a planner’s knowledge and a directory of vendors. It is not a wedding planner, an agent or a party to any booking you make.

Your account

You need to be eighteen or older. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can add one partner to your wedding; they see and can change everything you can.

Rosel is open to invited couples while we build it. We may change, pause or close features during this time, and we will tell you before anything that affects your wedding goes away.

Your content

Everything you put into Rosel stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you and to anyone you share it with, and nothing more. You are responsible for having the right to enter what you enter, including details about your guests.

Vendors and bookings

The directory is information, drawn from what each business makes public, and we do our best to keep it accurate. Any booking, quote or payment is between you and the vendor. We are not responsible for a vendor’s work, prices, availability or conduct.

Fair use

Do not use Rosel to harvest the directory, to send unsolicited messages to vendors or anyone else, to upload anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to upload, or to interfere with the service. We may close an account that does.

Our liability

Rosel is provided as it is while we build it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from the directory, or from anything a vendor does. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time and your wedding goes with it. We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close Rosel, we will give you time to take your wedding with you.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia can hear any dispute about them. Privacy is covered on its own page.
